Product Description

The TTS Flange Type Static Torque Transducer is a CE-certified reaction torque sensor designed for accurate static torque measurement in industrial and research applications.


Constructed from electroless nickel-plated tool steel (optional Stainless Steel 17-4 PH), the sensor is rugged and suitable for harsh environments. It features dual flange mounting, making it compact, rigid, and easy to install in torque testing setups.


The transducer uses strain gauge technology and is fully temperature compensated from 10C to 50C. It is compensated for axial and side loads to ensure high linearity and low hysteresis.


Available in a wide capacity range from 50 Nm to 50,000 Nm (50 kNm), it supports both clockwise and anticlockwise torque measurement.


With IP65 environmental protection and optional digital or analog outputs, it is ideal for demanding testing applications.
