The TTD-SS-TT Dynamic Torque Cum Thrust Transducer is a CE-certified rotary torque sensor designed for precise measurement of dynamic torque and axial thrust in rotating shafts and equipment.

Manufactured from hardened Stainless Steel 17-4 PH, it is a strain gauge-based sensor with full temperature compensation from 10C to 50C. The torque sensing shaft is supported on ball journals, and electrical signals are transmitted via a high-quality, low-noise slip ring and brush mechanism, ensuring stable output during rotation.


The transducer is compensated for axial and bending forces, delivering accurate torque measurement even in demanding industrial environments. It supports speeds up to 2500 RPM (depending on capacity) and is available in multiple mounting configurations such as shaft-to-shaft, flange-to-flange, and shaft-flange combinations.


Capacity ranges from 50 Nm to 50 kNm (and corresponding thrust ranges up to 1500 kN). Higher capacities can be offered in wireless telemetry versions.
