Product Description

The 90610-TH is a high-precision through hole compression load cell specially designed for fastener and bolt force testing applications. The compression force is generated by tightening a fastener through the hollow center of the load cell.


It is a strain gauge-based sensor with full temperature compensation from 0C to 60C, ensuring stable and accurate measurement in industrial environments. The load cell features IP65 protection for the gauge area and is constructed from electroless nickel-plated tool steel (optional stainless steel 17-4 PH grade available).


With capacities ranging from 1 Tf to 300 Tf, it is suitable for applications such as bolt force measurement, material testing, press calibration, civil engineering testing, robotics, suspended load measurement, and prestressed concrete testing.


The sensor provides a standard output of 2 mV/V and operates with an excitation voltage of 10 VDC (max 15 VDC).
